Service Description
Where dance meets total-body training. Dance Fitness Fusion blends barre-inspired strength work, high-energy cardio, go-go style grooves, and guided stretch and flexibility training into each dynamic class experience. Class begins with upbeat, easy-to-follow dance combinations designed to boost endurance, coordination, and confidence. We then incorporate low-impact barre techniques to sculpt and strengthen the legs, glutes, and core using controlled, intentional movement. The session finishes with focused stretch and mobility work to increase flexibility, improve range of motion, and support safe, sustainable progress. This class improves posture, muscle tone, balance, stamina, and overall body awareness — all in a fun, supportive environment. No dance experience required. Modifications provided for all fitness levels. Recommended Attire: Athletic wear, barefoot or sneakers (barre portion may be done barefoot).

Cancellation Policy
*Class Packs are valid for 6 weeks from your selected start date. *All credits must be used within the active period - unused credits will expire. *Classes must be booked at least 4 hours in advance of the start time. *Dancers may reschedule or cancel up to 4 hours before class start time without penalty *Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of class credit. *A minimum of 2 registered dancers is required for a class to run. *If only one dancer is registered, it is at the instructor’s discretion whether the class will be held; if canceled, registration will be fully refunded. *Failure to pre-register may result in studio closure and no class being offered that day. *After purchasing a class pass, you must book your classes through our system: on the website page “Available Classes” www.bigbeardancecenter.com/book-online OR through the “Fit by Wix” app (Invite Code: GGF865)
